The new site speaks to what differentiates us from other firms and tells the story of how Sudler helps create a community for residents where they can build the life and lifestyle they desire.
The site is easy to navigate and offers a wide array of features, including online service requests, links to our association’s website, buying/selling information, certificates of insurance, links to websites dealing with association groups and an easy connection to Sudler@Home; our owner’s web portal for on-line interaction with your account activity.
The website reflects our powerful, new brand and identity. Our brand stands for the superior performance that condo and co-op boards, and residents experience through our obsession with excellence. The new brand identity and tagline speak boldly to the fact that Chicago is our center of concentration and that we offer unmatched excellence in everything that we do. Our tagline, “Come home to excellence” tells associations and residents that we are committed to creating and maintaining the most enjoyable living environment for them. When you come home to a Sudler managed property, you come home to excellence.
